Pool Bar

The idea is this: to savour a refreshing and tempting menu of tapas, salads, sandwiches and drinks, with the historical quarter of Seville at your feet and to enjoy the only rooftop swimming pool in the city (which can be covered if outside temperature requires it).

To watch as the twilight falls on the surrounding Alfalfa district and ourselves and to then move to the chill out zone so as not to loose the feeling of being a part of Everything: to disconnect and simultaneously to be connected to it all.

And later, perhaps, to try the seasoned creamed potatoes, pot stewed croquettes or the gourmet ice creams. And if it is hot out, try the refreshing dishes such as the spinach, pear, manchego cheese and ham salad, served with basil vinaigrette, the vegetable sandwich, or the mixed garden salad with red pepper ice cream.

Access to the Senzone Pool Bar is made through the reception of the Hospes Las Casas Del Rey De Baeza and is open to the public.
